The member’s personal numeric identification code corresponds to an account which will be credited with the accumulated points. The points are earned for each stay in Starhotels in Italy, Paris and London when booked exclusively with I AM STAR rates.
The data provided will also be used in the fast check-in and check-out process, in order to give you a better hotel service.

Award points collection and redemption is excluded for stays at The Michelangelo New York – Starhotels Collezione. Award points redemption is excluded for stays at the Duomo Luxury Apartments of Rosa Grand Milano – Starhotels Collezione.
The program’s benefits cannot be accumulated with other discounts, initiatives or special offers by Starhotels and/or Starhotels partners. All the program's benefits (discounts, points, special offers from the Partners) are personal and reserved exclusively to the I AM STAR member that is staying in the hotel. Starhotels also reserves the right to offer members special initiatives and promotions of its partners*. By participating to such promotional initiatives, members will be able to receive a series of benefits in addition to those provided by the I AM STAR program.

The points are based on the Starhotels’ credit system for the program. The member earns points for every night stay in Starhotels in Italy, Paris and London (award points are excluded for stays at The Michelangelo New York – Starhotels Collezione); Award points redemption is excluded for stays at the Duomo Luxury Apartments of Rosa Grand Milano – Starhotels Collezione.

Points are given for stays booked with the dedicated I AM STAR rates, both through the I AM STAR dedicated area on iamstar.starhotels.com/en/ or through the Starhotels Reservation Center. Points are not accumulated on stays booked through other channels or on award nights.
Points are credited to the member a few days after each successful stay (check-out).
In case of multiple bookings, reward points are credited exclusively on the room occupied by the member himself and not on the other ones, even if payed by the member.
Points given cannot be negotiated by I AM STAR members and they cannot be converted into cash nor into other loyalty programs' points.
Points can be used exclusively by the member and cannot be given to other persons.
The accumulated points will be shown on the member’s personal I AM STAR account on the website iamstar.starhotels.com/en/
I AM STAR points cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be accumulated and/or converted with other points and/or miles on fidelity cards of any Starhotels’ partners.
The I AM STAR member is responsible for verifying the balance of his/her account. Starhotels Spa reserves the right to cancel/ignore points incorrectly credited and provide the necessary information to the member when doing so. The program allows the members to earn points until expiration, unless extended otherwise.

A reward stay refers to 1 night in double room (1 or 2 guests), breakfast and VAT included, city tax - where present - excluded.

When booking a reward stay, at least 7 days before the stay, the member must use the currently available points on his/her I AM STAR account. The reward stay can be used exclusively by members within the program validity dates. I AM STAR points have a validity of 3 years (unless stated/extended otherwise). Upon the deadline date, unused points will be deducted from the personal account.
Points will not be earned on reward stays. Starhotels reserves a limited amount of rooms per day pertaining to I AM STAR reward stays for hotels in Italy, Paris and London. Fair periods, special events and periods of particularly high occupancy are excluded.
Points used for reward stays will not be reaccredited in any case to the I AM STAR member’s account.
Reward nights cannot be exchanged or sold and cannot be given to others.
The I AM STAR member can access with his/her User ID and Password to the dedicated section on iamstar.starhotels.com/en/benefits/reward-nights.html to:
- verify the points balance credited on his/her account
- request a reward stay
The requests for reward stays with higher value than the actual amount of points on the I AM STAR account will not be considered. The reservation and the stay must occur during the period of validity specified: both requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the selected date.
Starhotels reserves the right to modify, even partially and at any time, the terms and conditions of the present rules, as well as the benefits offered.
